Win 100 Grand for Land!

Peet Estates, The West Australian and 96FM have joined forces to give one lucky Western Australian a massive $100,000 kick start towards a block of land in one of nine Peet estates.

And Peet will add another $10,000 towards the winner’s “great Australian dream” if the entry is placed in the barrel at the sales office at a Peet estate.

Peet Limited Managing Director, Brendan Gore, said he hoped the entries would flood in from young people keen to establish themselves in their own home; independent singles; couples of any age, people stuck in the rental trap, families keen to upgrade and enthusiastic would-be investors alike.

“This is a terrific opportunity to launch your property dream – whatever stage of life you’re at – with $100,000 towards a prime piece of land in one of nine Peet Estates,” he said.

To have a chance to “Win 100 Grand for Land”:
• look for the coupon published in Saturday’s Real Estate Liftout each week for four weeks, starting next Saturday, 23 February!
• visit www.100grandforland.com.au and choose the Peet estate you’d like to live in, then circle your chosen estate on the coupon and fill in your details.

Five finalists will be drawn each week of the four-week competition and called with the good news. They’ll also be invited to be at the final draw at a nominated Peet estate on the weekend of 29th March – hopefully to celebrate their home-owners dream coming true!

Each of the 19 “runners-up” will be winners too – eligible to receive $10,000 off the Peet block of their choice if they purchase in the two months following the competition.

So cut out the coupon and hurry out to any of these Peet estates – Ashton Heights in Tapping; Burns Beach Estate; Carramar Golf Course Estate; The Ridge, Baldivis; The Chase at Baldivis; Lakelands Private Estate; the Village at Wellard, the Sanctuary, Albany or Twin Rivers at Australind.
