A beautiful blue sky provided the perfect backdrop for hundreds of visitors who took the opportunity to join in the opening celebrations at Peet Limited’s new 13-home prestige display village at Burns Beach Estate on the weekend (Saturday 26 July).
Guests enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere on offer at Burns Beach Estate and spent the afternoon visiting the new display homes, sampling refreshments, taking in the prestige car display and soaking up the superb sounds of Supper Club Jazz, Peppermint Jazz and Angel sounds.
Gourmet cook, Vince Garreffa treated visitors to the Beaumonde home to a sumptuous selection of steamed meatballs, while Marg Johnson served sweet tarts to those going through the Peter Stannard home. Other culinary delights included a cheese tasting by Blue Cow Cheese Company and Fremantle Fudge Factory tastings for all to enjoy.
More than 200 entries were received in the competition to win a luxurious two-night stay for two at the beautiful Quay West, Bunker Bay – and one lucky will be drawn this Friday.
Peet Limited Managing Director Brendan Gore said he was really pleased with the turn out on the day.
“People were impressed with the high standard and innovation of homes in the display village, the style of the event and with the quality and attention to detail being given to the development of the estate,” said Mr Gore.
“Burns Beach offers the very best in ocean-side living and it was the perfect day to be able to showcase the lifestyle on offer,” he said “The feedback we’ve received has been overwhelmingly positive.”
A special ‘one-day only’ offer which will see Peet paying the stamp duty for buyers who purchased one of nine homesites in the Stage 6 Parkside release proved popular with a number of lots being sold on the day.
The display village showcases the very latest in prestige home design from some of Perth’s leading builders including Webb & Brown-Neaves, Ross Griffin Homes, Beaumonde Homes, APG Homes, Peter Stannard Homes, Domination Homes, Broadway Homes, Manor Homebuilders, Novus Homes, Residential Attitudes, Don Russell and Wilson & Hart.
