Hundreds of interested buyers, residents and members of the public are expected to join in a fun-filled day of celebration as Peet Limited launches a new builders’ display village at Tarneit Gardens on Saturday 19 July between 11am and 3pm.
A host of activities and entertainment are planned for the whole community to enjoy, including a jumping castle, clown, magician and face painting as well as a free sausage sizzle.
Visitors attending the display village opening will have the first opportunity to play the Peet property game promotion. Visit each of the new display homes and complete the entry form for a chance to win a 40” LCD television, Playstation 3 or an 80Gb iPod classic. (*terms and conditions apply).
Located on Tarneit Road, the 21-home display village will showcase the latest in home designs by some of Melbourne’s leading builders including Orbit Homes, Places, Edgewater Homes and Dennis Family Homes.
The opening day will also mark the release of Stage 2B in the estate’s The Hub precinct, which is already proving popular with buyers attracted to the location and lifestyle it offers.
The homesites are ideally located, with a number facing on to the 4.9-hectare Camelot Park, with the proposed primary and secondary schools in close proximity and shops, leisure and medical facilities nearby. The lots range in size from 375sqm to 574sqm and are priced from $131,000 to $167,000.
Situated just 25km west of Melbourne’s CBD, the Tarneit Gardens estate will ultimately be home to more than 1,100 households.
Careful planning of the estate has balanced the needs of the community with the natural environment with particular attention being given to the solar orientation of each homesite, urban design features and landscaping.
Building design guidelines are also in place to ensure a consistency of quality housing throughout the estate.
Once launched, the display village will be open on Saturday to Thursday from 12pm to 5pm.
