Fun-filled day of celebration marks opening at The Rise

A fun-filled day of celebration was enjoyed by more than 200 people who turned out for the opening of the new builders’ display village at Peet Limited’s The Rise, Tarneit on Saturday 12 April.

A host of activities and entertainment was put on for the whole community to enjoy, with highlights including Thomas the Tank Engine train rides, a jumping castle, face painting as well as a free sausage sizzle and fairy floss!

Peet Limited Managing Director Brendan Gore said the opening day had been a huge success.

“It was great to see so many people out and about, experiencing all that’s on offer at The Rise,” said Mr Gore.

“We’d made sure there would be something for people of all ages to enjoy, whether they were looking to experience the latest in quality display homes, explore the estate itself, join in the fun activities or simply have a sausage sizzle,” he said “And the feedback received on the day was really positive.”

The homes display a great variety of living options – with designs, layouts and sizes to suit a wide range of lifestyles, tastes and budgets.

There was also strong interest from buyers on the day with a number of lots sold to visitors to the estate for the celebration.

The latest land release – Stage 5 – offers buyers the opportunity to secure a homesite on Eagleridge Promenade just seconds from a beautiful landscaped park. The lots range in size from 400sqm to 576sqm and are priced from $133,000 to $150,000.
