Perth developers have until 2 April to secure one of seven prime commercial sites at The Ridge in Baldivis, one of the State’s fastest growing suburbs.

Expressions of interest have been called for seven sites at the Peet Limited residential estate, which offers a unique location and growth potential for small and medium-sized developers.

A number of the sites feature the potential for group housing units including a:
• 13 unit site on 2,977sqm;
• 9 unit site on 2,042sqm;
• 8 unit site on 1,768sqm; and
• 7 unit site on 1,594sqm.

The remainder of the sites include a 2,662sqm site for commercial development, a 1,098sqm child care commercial site and a massive 6,141sqm site suitable for either a 27 unit group housing site or a 15 lot Green Title subdivision.

The sites are well located towards the centre of the master-planned estate. Already home to more than 350 Perth families, The Ridge community has distinguished itself as a highly sought-after development.

Peet Limited Managing Director, Brendan Gore, expects a strong response for the sites from Perth developers.

Major shopping centres, schools and the beach are within ten kilometres of the estate, and residents have convenient access to all of Rockingham's shopping and entertainment facilities.
